- year-end entries;
- Keeping the legal inventory book up to date;
- The maintenance of depreciation tables.
The closure of the accounts
- Various closing operations of the financial year;
- Establishment of amortization schedules;
- Drafting of internal annual accounts.
The drafting of the annual accounts
- Drafting of the BNB Scheme of the annual accounts in abbreviated / complete form.
- The mission includes, in addition to the transposition of the balance sheet and the profit and loss account, the indication in the annexes of all the information and information required.
Drafting an intermediate statement of assets and liabilities
Conducting a periodic summary audit of the accounting presented, with the drafting of an interim financial statement of the assets and liabilities.

- Supervision and advice about the client’s accounting organization;
- Verification of the accounting kept by the client in terms of accounting and tax.

- Assistance with and verification of transactions posted by the customer (purchase invoices, sales invoices, bank statements and petty cash);
- Assistance to and verification of additional accounting documents prepared and posted by the customer (payroll statements, depreciations, accruals …).
Constitution of a company
- Notice about the choice of the form of corporation;
- Opinions about the statutes;
- Assistance in the preparation of a financial plan;
- Contacts with the notary and transmission of information relating to the company to be created (shareholders and administrators identity, bank certificate, etc.);
- Assistance in the execution of the notarial deed of incorporation;
- Activation of the business number as a VAT number at a business counter or the VAT Administration;
- Opinion on further administrative work.
Assistance regarding obligations under company law
The professional will assist and advise the client, ie the management body of the company, about corporate law obligations, including for example the preparation of a possible annual report. Support will be based on the submitted documents and the client’s statements.
Opinion on the accounting and administrative organization of companies
- Establishment of a reporting system;
- Advice on the organization and / or application of internal control;
- Development of a chart of accounts appropriate to the enterprise.
